Flexibility / Mobility
Flexibility and mobility are similar, but some key differences. The concept of mobility incorporates flexibility, but not necessarily vice-versa. The key for athletes is mobility. Flexibility isn’t enough.; holding static stretches to increase flexibility will only increase range of motion in a passive manner around a specific joint. Alternatively, mobility training builds strength and coordination throughout the range of motion of the muscles around a specific joint, or multiple joints.

Meditation / Breath Work
There are several styles of meditation that helps clear our minds and focus on the present moment – great productivity boost and anxiety/ stress reliever. Through Mindfulness meditation, Mantra meditation or Guided meditation we help you focus on the present.
Breath work or Pranayama – In Sanskrit, Prana means life force and Yama means to gain control or mastery of. The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind. It can promote relaxation and mindfulness. It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins. This is meant to provide healing physiological benefits.
